Hawaii Landscape Architect and political activist Kevin Mulkern has warned the City and County of Honolulu about the dangers of the Koko Head Rifle Range being so close to the popular Koko Crater Hiking Trail. Evidence of stray bullets can clearly be seen by the many holes in the rifle range awnings. The City and County of Honolulu has ignored the warnings.
