The Invisible Mayor.

In early December, 2002, top officials of one of the state's largest engineering firms were charged with money laundering and making false-name campaign contributions to Harris' 2000 mayoral campaign. The firm received multi-million-dollar contracts from the city. Meanwhile, the once-ubiquitous politician, Jeremy had become the "Invisible Mayor."
